As a first time home buyer I was not knowledgeable and, frankly, scared out of my mind. Marie took the time to answer every question I had (sometimes answering the same question numerous times because I was flooded with so much information from the bank and such) and calmed my fears every time they bubbled up. Honestly, during this time she was not only my realtor, but acted as a therapist at times!

While Marie was so incredible to work with on a buyer end she had a way with the seller that was astounding to witness. She navigated our meetings with expertise and compassion. I would argue she made both parties feel heard and, ultimately, I believe that was what led to the negotiations going so well and in my favor (buyer).
